"I am writing to thank you and your team for the excellent handling of the lunch hosted by the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce for Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The event ran without a hitch and the Royal Party have been extremely complimentary about the arrangements. It really could not have been smoother and I know how much effort you and your team put in to making sure that was the case.
