    PlenaryOnCall offers cost-effective solutions for your events at the stunning and technologically-advanced Plenary Theatre – a sophisticated presentation environment which offers premium tiered seating for up to 470 guests, a designated VIP circle, superior audio-visual equipment, ICT facilities and a convenient central city location.

    PlenaryOnCall solutions are packaged for full or half-day sessions with corresponding food and beverage offerings and fantastic value-added features such as complimentary VIP lounge, organiser’s office and built-in registration counter.

    • In-house public address system with a maximum of three wired microphones inclusive of a speaker lectern

    • Four wireless microphones on stand for question and answer session

    Terms and conditions:

    • Minimum 150 persons per Solution reservation
    • All Solutions are not applicable for any discount or promotion
    • Not applicable during special promotions or offers
    • Not applicable for combination with other packages or special offers/promotions
    • Not applicable for venue hire only events, Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM)
    • Menu is based on Chef’s choice
    • Offerings for Solutions are subject to change without prior notice and at management’s discretion
