Gulai Pedas Chili Api Udang Bersama Nangka Muda

600gm Tiger prawn
100gm Shallot
20gm Ginger
30gm Lemongrass
15gm Fresh turmeric
5gm Turmeric leave
10gm Dried shrimps
20 gm Dried anchovies
5gm Dried tamarind
20gm Small green chilies
300ml Coconut milk
400gm Young jackfruit (cut cube)
150ml Water
20gm Salt
10gm Sugar

Cooking Steps
  1. Put shallot, garlic, chilies, ginger, fresh turmeric, into food processor and blend into a paste.
  2. Put the blended ingredients, lemongrass, dried shrimps into a pot and gently stir-fried until cooked.
  3. Add in young jackfruit, turmeric leave, anchovies, dried tamarind, and water. Let it simmer until jackfruit is well-cooked.
  4. Then add prawn, continue with coconut milk and seasoning. Cook around 10 minute under slow flame.
  5. Ready to be served
