The Centre recently demonstrated the venue’s flexibility at an appreciation cocktail hosted for clients, business partners and the media. The evening got off to a ‘flying start’ when, two of the Centre’s chefs ‘flew down’ from the ceiling in an amazing ‘hanging kitchen’ opening act.
AEG Ogden Connection
January 2008 witnessed the launch of AEG Ogden, a joint-venture between the Centre’s Brisbane-based parent, Ogden IFC and Los Angeles-based AEG to operate arenas, theatres, stadiums, convention and exhibition centres across the Asia Pacific region.
Great Marketing Efforts
The Centre actively promotes its facilities and services by participating in various tradeshows and exhibitions. Our most recent initiative was attending the 2008 16th Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Expo (AIME) held in Melbourne, Australia and the Gulf Incentive Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition (GIBTM) in the capital city of Abu Dhabi.
