TenOnCall – Meeting Rooms for Workshops and Training

TenOnCall offers 10 meeting rooms on Level 4 for groups of approximately 15 to 100 participants, depending on the room and seating arrangement.

Suitable for training programmes, workshops, corporate meetings and breakout sessions, TenOnCall provides defined meeting packages with audiovisual facilities and scheduled refreshments and meals.

The adjoining Level 4 Rotunda provides a dedicated space for dining, refreshments and networking, with views towards KLCC Park and the PETRONAS Twin Towers. Soundproof phone booths in the foyer offer a private space for confidential calls and short virtual conversations.

SmartConnect@301 – Interactive Corporate Meeting Room

Located in a private enclave on Level 3 of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, SmartConnect@301 offers an exclusive and discreet setting for executive meetings, strategic planning sessions, interactive workshops and corporate presentations.

The room features a 136-inch LED screen, an 86-inch interactive display and adjustable lighting. Its wireless screen mirroring system allows presenters to bring their own laptops or devices, connect wirelessly and display presentations on the main screen without cables. The system is controlled through a provided iPad.

SmartConnect@301 also features a dedicated private lounge, an exclusive foyer for meeting refreshments and meals, and a balcony overlooking KLCC Park and the PETRONAS Twin Towers. The room has direct access to Traders Hotel.

Club Suite – Private Executive Meeting Rooms

Club Suite comprises five private meeting rooms, Suites 1 to 5, within a dedicated, sectioned-off area on Level 3 of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. This exclusive setting provides added privacy for board meetings, executive discussions, confidential management meetings, corporate presentations and smaller workshops.

Each suite is equipped with LCD displays, integrated soundbars, wireless screen mirroring and video conferencing-ready technology.

A dedicated lounge with a coffee bar provides a private space for refreshments, networking and informal discussions, while a soundproof phone booth allows for confidential calls. Morning and afternoon refreshments are served within Club Suite, with buffet lunch available on Level 4.
